| FRIENDLY SPARRING |

| Come and join in our 2ND Multi-Annual TRI-TAEKWONDO TOURNAMENT. This event will be held on Saturday August 14th @10 am at the MOD TKD gym in OGDEN.
Please come and have fun with other students from other schools around Weber County. This is a great competition to learn the in's and out's of a tournament.
Also students will gain and sharpen their sparring skills in a friendly no pressure competition. We will be giving out medals for all contestants who spar.
The cost of this cometition will be $10. MOD TKD Ogden will help provide some of the equipment needed for competition: CHEST/HEAD/SOME ARM & LEG PADS.

PINNACLE's AVALANCHE KARATE COMPETITION |
| |
In an effort to better our understanding of martial arts and to broaden our experiences and knowledge we are going to join in
the 2010 Avalanche Karate competition held in SLC on October 1 & 2 at the Hilton Hotel. The entry cost is $45 for colored belts and $50 for black belts.
We would like 15 students from our school to com and join in this Point Sparring competition. There will be a perk for those who sign up and compete.
